Three levels of sports wooden flooring for basketball courts
1. Sports wooden flooring grades
In order to facilitate customers to purchase, the sports wooden flooring products in the Chinese sports wooden flooring market are divided into three levels. Grade A is no color difference and no scars; Grade B is color difference and no scars; Grade C is color difference and scars. Sports venue contractors and Party A can make specific choices based on their budgets and needs.
2. What are the differences between the three levels?
Take maple wood as an example, let's see what the differences are between the three levels. Different levels cause great differences in quality, price, and maintenance costs.
Grade A maple sports flooring has good quality and the least color difference. During inspection, visual inspection shows no quality defects such as dead knots, worm eyes, oil eyes, and tree cores. The texture of the wood on the front and back is consistent, there is no big or small head or height difference when assembled, the depth and length of the crack shall not be greater than 1/5 of the thickness and length, the slope of the diagonal grain is less than 10%, there is no corrosion point, and the graphic texture is smooth.
The quality of B-grade maple sports floor is not much different from that of A-grade. B-grade is two colors close to the bark and the heart of the tree, which are spliced on one board. The color is darker, the color difference is larger, and there are wood knots. The produced B-grade boards are uniformly painted and colored to increase the appearance.
